Media On Demand Copy Rights
We have entered into revenue sharing arrangements with more than 115 studios and distributors. Under these agreements, we generally obtain titles for a low initial cost and offer a commitment to share a percentage of the gross revenue for the titles licensed from that rights holder.
The principal terms of each agreement are similar in nature but are generally unique to each rights holder. In addition to revenue sharing agreements, we have also structured a wholesale pricing model less cost of good required for on demand replication.
Our licensed rights typically include DVD replication and download. Each studio deal has unique attributes that apply to retail verticals or retailers specifically, territories granted and formats available.
