Submissions
We require the following deliverables for all licensed content. Video content DVD format is preferred or agreed upon file formats.
- Content Metadata delivered in a Microsoft Excel file containing (at a minimum) the following
information: Producer, Actor/Actress, Category, Description, UPC Code, and Released
Date, Content rating, Copyright Year, Suggested Retail Price and Copyright Holder. - Cover Art delivered in high-resolution PDF, EPS or PSD, template available for download.
No die lines with full bleeds. - Disc Art delivered in high-resolution PDF, EPS or PSD, template available for download.
- Promotional Clips encoded in WMV or AVI format; suggested dimensions: 720 x 480
(maximum 800 x 600). (If available)
